Contacting Xilogix Support
In the event you have a question or concern related to any service Xilogix provides you, please contact our technical support personnel for assistance at any time.
The preferred method is via Internet Relay Chat (IRC). This method allows our staff to work with you on a one on one basis to solve any critical needs. If you do not have an IRC client, you may connect to us by selecting the link on the side bar (Java based applet).
The second method of contact is by telephone. While our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm Eastern Time, someone is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your support call.
Finally, support is available via electronic mail. This solution is best when asking questions that are not time critical in nature. We respond to e-mail as soon as practical.
