How Xilogix prices colocation.
Cabinet rent, kilowatts, cross connects, remote-hands hours. Anything more complicated than that, we will explain on a call before it ever shows up on an invoice.
The pricing page is not a sales funnel. It is the model finance teams use to size their colocation budget. If our numbers are wrong for your workload, we would rather know during evaluation than after the contract is signed.
We list price ranges instead of single numbers because quarter cabinets, half cabinets, and full cabinets for high-density workloads are not the same product. The ranges narrow once we know your power, cooling, and cross-connect needs.

Beyond the base cabinet
Selected on a per-customer basis. Most customers buy 2–4 of these, plus the base cabinet.
Footprint-growth hold
Reserve adjacent cabinets for up to 24 months. You pay for what is racked; the held space is held without charge until you grow into it.
Drive destruction
On-site shred service with certificates issued per asset tag. Customer-witnessed destruction available on request.
Asset receiving and staging
Loading-dock receiving, lift-gate access, asset-tag inventory, and staging-room build-out before production install.
DR cabinet (cold)
Pre-cabled disaster-recovery cabinet held cold for warm-up on declaration. Power, cooling, and network drops in place; hardware staged on customer schedule.
After-hours change support
Maintenance and change support outside standard windows, billed at a documented after-hours rate. Quoted before, not after.
Per-cabinet metering portal
Real-time power draw, environmental telemetry, and access events streamed into the customer portal and exposed via API.
What buyers ask about pricing
How do escalators work?
Annual escalators are capped at a stated percentage and indexed to a published number. The dollar trajectory across the contract term is laid out on a single page in the contract appendix.
Can I lock pricing for the full term?
Yes. Multi-year contracts lock the per-unit pricing for the term; the only changes during the term are escalators stated in advance. We do not retroactively reprice.
What is included in the base cabinet rate?
Cabinet rent, primary and redundant power circuits at a stated amperage, dual-stack network access at a baseline rate, and a documented remote-hands service catalog. Power draw, cross connects, and bandwidth above the baseline are billed separately.
Are there volume discounts?
Cabinet, kilowatt, and cross-connect pricing tiers down at documented breakpoints. The breakpoints are published — you do not have to negotiate to find out where they are.
Can I bring my own ISP and skip your transit?
Yes. Carrier-neutral facility, bring-your-own-carrier supported. The cross connect to your carrier is the only line item; you take their bandwidth contract directly.
