How we quote
Cabinet rent, kilowatts, cross connects, remote-hands hours. Anything more complicated than that, we will explain on a call before it ever shows up on an invoice.
Cross-connect pricing is flat per circuit, regardless of distance within the meet-me-room. We do not price by port count; we do not bill the cross connect twice when it crosses an internal pathway.
Bandwidth is sold as committed-rate or 95th-percentile, customer's choice. We do not charge for ingress; the egress rate is in the quote, and it is the rate on the invoice.
| Compact | Standard | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $190–325 / month | $600–1,050 / month | $1,500–3,200 / month |
| Best for | Built for single-server placements and small footprints. The fastest path from contract to powered-on hardware. | Aimed at organizations consolidating from on-prem closets into a real facility, with room to grow without resigning. | For organizations that treat the cabinet floor as their primary site, with the contractual and operational rigor that implies. |
| Footprint | 1U–8U | Quarter to half cabinet | Full cabinet to cage |
| Power | Single circuit, metered | Dual A/B, metered or committed | Dual A/B, committed kW |
| Cross connects | Standard turnup, flat fee | Standard or expedited | Standard, expedited, dark-fiber |
| Remote hands | Per-incident | Hours included monthly | Engineering retainer included |
| Term options | MTM, 12, 24 mo. | 12, 24, 36 mo. | 36, 60 mo. |

Shared cabinet plans
For single chassis, switches, and small stackable footprints. Power is shared on the cabinet; everything else is yours.
1U–4U, single chassis, shared cabinet
Bare-rack-unit pricing for stackable hardware
Private cabinet plans
Locked partitions and dedicated cabinets — customer-keyed access, dedicated power circuits, and per-cabinet metering. Pricing scales linearly with footprint.
Locked partition for small footprints
Quarter-cabinet equivalent
Half cabinet for growing footprints
Full cabinet — yours and only yours
Selected on a per-customer basis. Most customers buy 2–4 of these, plus the base cabinet.
Higher-tier hands-on work — OS imaging, firmware updates, structured cable runs — performed by senior engineers in 30-minute increments.
Real-time power draw, environmental telemetry, and access events streamed into the customer portal and exposed via API.
Replication-ready DR cabinet with hardware racked and powered. Failover testing supported quarterly with our operations team.
Inline scrubbing for blended transit, plus on-demand activation for bring-your-own circuits. Sub-30-second mitigation triggers.
On-site shred service with certificates issued per asset tag. Customer-witnessed destruction available on request.
Pre-paid bucket of remote-hands hours at a discounted rate, for customers who routinely use 4+ hours per month.
Annual escalators are capped at a stated percentage and indexed to a published number. The dollar trajectory across the contract term is laid out on a single page in the contract appendix.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Once countersigned, the rate is locked through install and through the contract term.
Quotes show pre-tax pricing and itemize applicable US sales tax separately so finance teams can model both. Tax-exempt customers furnish the standard certificate; we do not charge to process it.
We do not. If a competitor's price beats ours and the underlying offering is genuinely comparable, we will tell you to take it. Race-to-the-bottom pricing is not a sustainable foundation for an operations relationship.
Customers choose between metered-actual-draw and committed-capacity billing. Metered customers see actual draw in the portal; committed customers pay a flat rate against a kilowatt floor with burstable headroom.
